This form has nothing to do with your logbook.  Service NSW requires Hunter Region Street Machine to provide Day Book entries of Club Events attended by our HRSM Members/ Classic Vehicle Enthusiasts to any Sanctioned events or Car Shows

CLASSIC VEHICLE REGISTRATION 

The Classic Vehicle Registration Scheme  is for vehicles that are 30 plus years old, have a GVM (Gross Vehicle Mass) of 3.5 tonnes or less and have modifications.

If the vehicle has been modified it must fit within the guidelines of VS1-6 or have an engineering certificate from a VSCCS licensed person or may rely on an older ECS Certificate if that Certificate is recorded on your old NSW registration papers (bottom right hand side) and you have copies of the ECS documentation
